Eames LCW molded birch lounge and Danish teak platform bed

In the shop now

I don't really know a camera lens from a banana, but man did I really love-love taking pictures of the Eames LCW. I'm having big seller's remorse issues with this one. But please, do take it. The chairs in this house multiply overnight. Where do you think those Vitra Eames miniatures come from?

The enormous girth of the Danish platform bed made it a little harder (ok, nearly impossible) to photograph. Still, it's undeniably yummy don't you think?

If you have any questions about these pieces, please just let me know

  1. before i actually READ the post i thought, girlfriend needs a wide angle lens. (not for the chair. for the bed & dresser).

i dont see them in the shop.

now that i have a rocker, you let me know if you ever want to trade BEDS for photos. ;)

(and i am morbidly curious. where did you FIND that chair?)

  2. jamie-sorry, ten more minutes before they go up (I like your enthusiasm!)

Yes, I am so incompetent with the camera it's embarrassing. I was laying across my piano trying to get a shot. I should take some time out for lessons from, you know, some cool pregnant girl.

You are morbid...if you think I'm gonna tell you ;)
Shhhh, I will tell you later!

  4. Hello!
I have a question regarding a bed that is very very similar to the one in this post. I am dying to add height to the bed with either the hairpin legs (seen on your website) or via prettylegs (normally used for IKEA furniture, but are also universal) Is this possible?! Is there anyway you could provide me an email so we could chat more about this? Not really sure your expertise and if this is something you could help with but I am desperate to know, via anyone that might have some knowledge about this!! Thanks!
